Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet pick-up,  race night registration, company gathering etc) will take place inside of Homewood Field, the lacrosse/football stadium. The post-race party feature free beer, pizza and more will be staged inside of the stadium as well near the end zone. We will have plenty of banquet tables and chairs available for comfortable seating.

Race Course:

The race will be staged at Homewood Field. The start will be outside of the stadium with the 5k course consisting of one loop around the beautiful Johns Hopkins campus. The finish will be inside of the stadium at the 50 yard line.

Party & Catering:

We will be providing all participants with free beer and pizza, however, teams are welcome to bring in their own food and drink if they so desire. We will have plenty of banquet table seating set up for all. Our D.J will be playing music from event start to finish and our photographer will be taking team, run/walk and party photos. Awards at 8 p.m for largest team, tea with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

Plenty of on-campus parking, street parking as well. A parking map will be sent to all team captains about a week before the race.

Registration Fee:

$45 per team member.

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Friday May 24^th at 5 p.m.

Team Payment Deadline:

Wednesday May 29^th at 5 p.m.

Race Day Registration:

Although discouraged, (please sign up in advance) any team member who misses the on-line registration deadline can show up on race night and join his or her team as a race night registrant.

We love and greatly appreciate team referrals. Provide us with the contact name at a prospective company and get a $50 gift card if they register.
