Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet pick-up,  race night registration, company gathering etc) will take place on the grassfield outside of the Hunter Barn which resides on the grounds of beautiful Bellevue State Park. The post-race party featuring free pizza, free beer, music and more will be staged outside of the Hunter Barn as well.

Race Course:

The flat and fast course is one loop around the Park on a combination of packed gravel and paved road. The start and finish line is very close to the Hunter Barn.

Party & Catering:

We will be providing everybody with free pizza (from Pat’s)  and free beer (3 varieties) but teams and team members are welcome to bring in their own food and beverages and cater their own corporate picnic if they so desire. Plenty of picnic and banquet table seating will be available for all. Our D.J will be playing music from event start to finish and our photographer will be taking team, run/walk and party photos. We will  have awards at 8p.m for largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

Parking is free and for the Hunter Barn is located in the lower lot next to the tennis courts. Overflow parking near the Barn is readily available if needed.

Registration Fee:

$45 per team member.

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Friday May 3^rd at 5pm

Team Payment Deadline:

Wednesday May 8^th at 5 pm.

Race Day Registration:

Though discouraged, (please sign up in advance) any team member who missed the on-line registration deadline can show up on race night and join his or her team as a race night registrant.
