Event Staging:

The pre-race staging (packet pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc) and post-race party will take place at the Oval Shelter which is right next to the ice rink within Schenley Park. Plenty of comfortable picnic and banquet table seating will be available for all.

Race Course:

The 5k course will is one loop around Schenley Park with the start/finish line right near the Oval Shelter.

Party and Catering

The post-race party featuring  free beer (three or four different varieties) free pizza and other goodies will be staged at the Shelter within the park. For companies that want to do something a bit more elaborate on the food and beverage side, you are welcome to cater your own company picnic. We will provide comfortable table seating for your entire team. Our D.J will be playing music from event start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which are free for all.  Awards at 8 p.m for the largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

Plenty of free parking is available around the park

Registration Fee:

$45 per team member.

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Friday July 26^th  at 5pm

Team Payment Deadline:

Wednesday July 31^st  at 5pm

Race Day Registration:

Although it’s discouraged, (please sign up in advance) any team member who misses the on-line registration deadline can show up on race night and join  his or her team as a race night registrant.
