5:00-6:30: Team packet pick-up, company gathering.
6:30-7:30: 5k run/walk
7:30-9:00: Post-race party & awards

Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc.) and post-race party (beer-food-music) will take place at the Waltham Common on the section of grass closest to Carter Street.

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk take place on the Charles River Walk with the start/finish at Moody Street. Runners will head past Prospect Street, run around the Island and head back to Moody Street.

Party & Catering:

The post-race party will be staged on the Waltham Common grass. We will have free pizza, free ziti and free beer for everybody. We will have plenty of banquet table seating set up for all teams and team members. Our D.J will be playing music from event start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which of course are free. Awards at 8 p.m for largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

Plenty of street parking around the Waltham Common, a few municipal lots as well.

Registration Fee:

$47 per team member.

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Thursday June 5^th at 5pm.

Team Payment Deadline:

Monday June 9^th at 5pm.

Race Day Registration:

Although it’s discouraged, (please sign up in advance) any team member who misses the on-line registration deadline can show up on race night and join his or her team as a race night registrant.
