Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet and tee shirt pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc) and post-race party will be staged at the gazebo and adjacent grass section of Endicott Estate which is behind the main house.

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk will all take place entirely within the confines of the Endicott Estate and will consist of 3 loops around the property. The start and finish line will be by the gazebo.

Party & Catering:

The post-race party will feature free beer, free pizza, free ziti and other goodies. For companies that want to do something a bit more elaborate on the food and beverage side, you are welcome to cater your own company picnic. We will provide plenty of comfortable banquet table seating for your entire team. Our D.J will be playing music from start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which of course are free. Awards at 8 p.m for largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

Plenty of free parking is available at the main Endicott Estate parking lot.

Registration Fee:

$48 per team member.

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Friday June 5^th at 5 p.m

Team Payment Deadline:

Wednesday June 10^th at 5pm

Race Day Registration:

Although discouraged (please sign up in advance) race night registration is available.
