Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc) will take place on the big grass field located next to Parking Lot D and in front of Field #6. The post-race party featuring free beer, free pizza and more will be staged there as well. We will have plenty of  banquet tables and chairs set up for comfortable seating for all

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk will take place on the scenic and beautiful cross country course located entirely within Wake Med Soccer Park. It’s a nationally known course that has played host to the A.C.C cross country championships.  The start/finish line is right by the event staging and party area. The packed gravel course is wide and extremely well maintained.

Party & Catering:

We will be providing all participants with a free pizza and free beer as part of their registration fees.  For those companies that want to do something a bit more elaborate on the food and beverage side, you are welcome to cater your own corporate picnic. We will have plenty of banquet tables and chairs set up for all. Our D.J will be playing music from event start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which are free for all. Awards at 8 p.m for the largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/ individuals.

Parking:

Plenty of parking will be available at Parking Lot D which is located right next to the staging area.

Registration Fee:

$45 per team member

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Friday April 26^th at 5pm.

Team Payment Deadline:

Friday April 26^th at 5pm.

Race Day Registration:

Although it’s discouraged, (please sign up in advance) any team member who missed the on-line registration deadline can show up on race night and join his or her team as a race night registrant.
