Event Times:

5:00-6:15: Team packet pickup, company gathering.
6:15-7:15 5k run/walk
7:15-9:00: Post-race party & awards

Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc) and post-race party (beer-food-music) will all be staged at the Upper Edgewater Shelter located within the confines of the park.

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk will take place entirely within the confines of beautiful Edgewater Park and will be an “out and back” on the Edgewater Trail with the start/finish at the Upper Edgewater Shelter.

Party & Catering:

The post-race party featuring free beverages, free pizza, free ziti and other goodies will take place at the Edgewater Shelter. For companies that want to do something a bit more elaborate on the food and beverage side, you are welcome to cater your own company picnic. Our D.J will be playing music from start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which of course are free. Awards at 8 p.m for largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

Plenty of free parking will be available at the main Edgewater Park lot.

Registration Fee:

$48 per team member

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Friday September 19^th at 5pm.

Team Payment Deadline:

Wednesday September 26^rd at 5pm

Race Day Registration:

Although it’s discouraged, (please sign up in advance) any team member who misses the on-line registration deadline can show up on race night and join his or her team as a race night registrant.
