Covid-19 Race Rules

  • Masks to be worn at all times, except when running/walking the 5k or eating/drinking.
  • No mid-course water stop, bring your own hydration if so desired. We will have bottled water available both before and after the race.
  • Staggered starts. All participants will begin lining up 15 minutes before the race start, organized by bib number, standing 3 abreast with 6 feet between each set of participants.
  • No tee shirts. Instead, each participant will get a Corporate FunRun draw string bag and a Corporate FunRun buff that will be available for pickup at numerous “swag” tables which will be scattered throughout the host facility.
  • To dramatically reduce, pre-race and post-race milling about, we will have reserved table seating for all teams. We encourage all teams and team members to stay at their reserved tables with other team members before and after the race.
  • All team racer packets containing all needed bibs and safety pins will be placed on the respective reserved table for team captain distribution to team members.
  • For races in which we provide free beer and pizza, we will deliver full pies to each reserved table (no slices) and provide numerous varieties of canned beer at strategically scattered beer stations. For races that have corporate catering, the hospitality plan for the night will be posted on that race’s event page.
  • Race night registration, although allowed, will be strongly discouraged. Please sign up as a team member before the race.
  • All tables will be spaced at least 6 feet apart whenever and wherever possible.
