Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet and tee shirt pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc) and post-race party will all be staged on the grounds of the Endicott Estate, specifically at the Gazebo and on the surrounding grass. The Gazebo is a few yards from the large yellow house and is clearly visible form the parking lot.

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk will all take place entirely within the confines of the Endicott Estate and will consist of 3-1 mile loops around the grounds.

Party & Catering:

The post-race party will feature free beer free pizza, free ziti and other goodies. For companies that want to do something a bit more elaborate on the food and beverage side, you are welcome to cater your own company picnic. We will provide plenty of comfortable banquet table seating for your entire team. Our D.J will be playing music from start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which of course are free. Awards at 8 p.m for largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

Plenty of parking is available both at the large Endicott Estate parking lot and on the surrounding streets.

Registration Fee:

$47 per team member.

Race Day Registration:

Although discouraged (please sign up in advance) race night registration is available.
