Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc) will take place on the section of grass adjacent to the Rockford Tower which resides on the grounds of beautiful Rockford Park. The post-race party featuring free pizza, free beer, music and more will be staged their as well.

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk course will be three (1) loops around Rockford Park with start/finish at the Rockford Tower.

Party & Catering:

We will be providing everybody with free pizza (from Pat’s) and free beer, but teams and team members are welcome to bring in their own food and beverages and cater their own corporate picnic if they so desire. Plenty of picnic and banquet table seating will be available for all. Our D.J will be playing music from event start to finish and our photographer will be taking team, run/walk and party photos. We will have awards at 8p.m for largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

There is parking in front of and behind the Rockford Tower, across the grass at the tennis courts and on surrounding streets.

Registration Fee:

$48 per team member.

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Wednesday May 27^th at 5pm

Team Payment Deadline:

Friday May 29^that 5 pm.

Race Day Registration:

Though discouraged, (please sign up in advance) it is available
