Event Times:

5:00-6:30: Team packet pickup, company gathering.
6:30-7:30: 5k run/walk
7:15-9:00:  Post-race party & awards

Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet pick-up, race night registration company gathering etc) and post-race party will both take place at the Military Park East Pavillion and on the section of grass in front of the Military Park East Pavillion.. There will be plenty of banquet table seating set up for all teams and team members.

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk will take place entirely within the confines of beautiful White River State Park and will be held on the “River Route” course. The start/finish lines will be at Military Park East.

Party & Catering:

The post-race party will take place on the large section of grass in front of the Military Park East Pavillion and will feature free beer, free pizza, free ziti, free cookies and more. Companies are welcome to bring in their own food and drink if they so desire. Our DJ will be playing music from event start to finish and our photographer will be taking team, run/walk and party photos. Awards at 8pm for largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

The available parking will be a combination of street, municipal lot and private lot parking.

Registration Fee:

$47 per team member.

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Wednesday September 10^th at 5pm.

Team Payment Deadline:

Friday September 12^th at 5pm.

Race Day Registration:

Although we discourage it, (please sign up in advance) race night registration is available.

We love and greatly appreciate team referrals. Provide us with the contact name at a prospective company and get a $50 gift card if they register.
