Event Times:

5:00-6:30: Team packet pickup, company gathering
6:30-7:30: 5k run/walk within the park.
7:30-9:00: Post-race party & awards

Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet pick-up, race night registration company gathering etc) and post-race party (free food and drink, dj, photographer etc) will both take place at the Parkhouse and the adjacent great lawn at Battery Park City-Rockefeller Park North section.There will be plenty of banquet table seating set up for all teams and team members.

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk will take place entirely within the confines of beautiful Battery Park and will be an “out and back” on the running path with start/finish at Rockefeller Park North.

Party and Catering

The post-race party will take place on the large section of grass adjacent to the Parkhouse and will feature free beverages, free pizza, free ziti, free cookies and more. Companies are welcome to bring in their own food and drink if they so desire. Our DJ will be playing music from event start to finish and our photographer will be taking team, run/walk and party photos. Awards at 8pm for largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Registration Fee:

$47 per team member.

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Friday September 12^th at 5pm

Team Payment Deadline:

Wednesday September 17^th at 5pm

Race Day Registration:

Although we discourage it, (please sign up in advance) race night registration is available. .
