Event Times:

5:00-6:30: Team packet pickup, company gathering.
6:30-7:30: 5k run/walk
7:30-9:00: Post-race party & awards

Event Staging:

The pre-race gathering and post-race party will take place at the Centennial Park Bandshell and on the surrounding grass. We will have plenty of banquet table seating set up for all teams and team members.           

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk will be three (3) 1 mile loops on the walking trail with the start/finish at the Bandshell.

Party & Catering:

We will be providing everybody with free pizza, free beer, free ziti and more.  However, companies are welcome to bring in their own food and drink if they so desire. Our D.J will be playing music from event start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which are free for all. Awards at 8 p.m for the largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

Plenty of free parking will be available at the Rainbow Lakes Pavillion.

Registration Fee:

$47 per team member.

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Wednesday May 28^th at 5pm.

Team Payment Deadline:

Friday May 30th at 5pm

Race Day Registration:

Although it’s discouraged, (please sign up in advance) any team member who misses the on-line registration deadline can show up on race night and join his or her team as a race night registrant. All others can also register on race night.
