Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc) and post-race party will take place at the amphitheatre section of the park as well as on the large grass field (great lawn) right in front of the amphitheatre.

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk will start and finish at the amphitheatre and will consist of 2 loops entirely within the confines of the beautiful park.

Party and Catering

We will be providing everybody with free beer, free pizza, free ziti and free cookies, however, companies are welcome to bring in their own food and drink if desired and cater their own corporate picnic. We will have plenty of banquet table seating for all. Our D.J will be playing music from event start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which are free for all. Awards at 8 p.m for largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/ individuals.

Parking:

There is a very large parking lot at the amphitheatre.

Registration Fee:

$48 per team member.

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Friday July 10^th at 5pm

Team Payment Deadline:

Tuesday July 14^th at 5pm

Race Day Registration:

Although discouraged, (please sign up in advance) it is available.
