Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc) and post-race party (beer, food, music) will all take place at the large round picnic shelter located at the 2nd park entrance off of West Ox Road.

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk will start/finish at the large round picnic shelter and will take place entirely within the confines of beautiful Frying Pan Farm Park.

Party & Catering

We will be providing everybody with free beer and free pizza, however, companies are welcome to bring in their own food and drink and cater their own corporate picnic. We will have plenty of picnic and banquet table seating for all. Our D.J will be playing music from start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which are free for all. Awards at 8 p.m for largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

Plenty of parking will be available at the large picnic shelter lot.

Registration Fee:

$48 per team member.

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Friday May 22^nd at 5 p.m.

Team Payment Deadline:

Tuesday May 26^th at 5 p.m.

Race Day Registration:

Although discouraged, (please sign up in advance) it is available.
