Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc) and post-race party (beer, food, music) will all take place at the large picnic shelter located within the park.

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk will start/finish at the large picnic shelter and will take place on gravel and paved road entirely within the confines of the beautiful park.

Party & Catering

We will be providing everybody with free beer and free pizza, however, companies are welcome to bring in their own food and drink and cater their own corporate picnic. We will have plenty of picnic and banquet table seating for all. Our D.J will be playing music from start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which are free for all. Awards at 8 p.m for largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

Plenty of parking will be available at the Lake Fairfax Park large shelter.

Registration Fee:

$45 per team member.

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Friday May 24^th at 5 p.m.

Team Payment Deadline:

Tuesday May 28^th at 5 p.m.

Race Day Registration:

Although discouraged, (please sign up in advance) any team member who misses the on-line registration deadline can show up on race night and join his or her team as a race night registrant.

We love and greatly appreciate team referrals. Provide us with the contact name at a prospective company and get a $50 gift card if they register.
