Event Times:

5:00-6:30: Team packet pickup, company gathering.
6:30-7:30: 5k run/walk
7:30-9:00: Post-race party & awards

Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet and tee shirt pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc) and post-race party (free beer and pizza, dj, photographer, swag tee shirt and more) will take place inside of River Bends Park at the Hickory Grove Pavillion.

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk will take place entirely within the confines of River Bends Park with the start/finish at the Hickory Grove Pavillion.

Party & Catering:

We will provide everybody with free pizza and free beer, however, companies are welcome to bring in their own food and drink and cater their own corporate picnic if they so desire. We will have plenty of banquet and picnic table seating available for all. Our D.J will be playing music from event start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which are free for all.  Awards at 8 p.m for the largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

Plenty of parking is available at the Hickory Grove Pavillion lot.

Registration Fee:

$47 per team member.

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Wednesday September 17th at 5pm

Team Payment Deadline:

Friday September 19^th at 5pm.

Race Day Registration:

Although it’s discouraged, (please sign up in advance) any team member who misses the on-line registration deadline can show up on race night and join his or her team as a race night registrant.
