You are the proud team captain of your company team. Here are a few helpful hints moving forward:
  • Please go to Join Team and Register as a Team Member so you can participate in the race. Team captains must register first as a team captain then as a team member.
  • Please go to Access Team Captain Tools, log on with your username and password, go to Team Page and confirm that the registration information you entered is accurate.
  • In terms of assembling a team and promoting this event internally, we have found the following methodologies to be very effective:
    1. Internal corporate communications to all employees
    2. Forwarding on the race flyer to the company’s e-mail directory.
    3. Posting a copy of the race flyer in breakrooms, common areas and other gathering spots.
    4. Forwarding on our Constant Contact e-newsletter to your address book.
  • If you are a “company pay” team, you may want to finalize your team by the registration deadline. You can do this by pressing “finalize team”. Note, once you finalize your team, no one else can register for your team on-line, but can join as a race night registrant.
  • You are responsible for making sure CFR receives full payment by payment deadline.
  • You need 3 timed team members on your team to be eligible for awards.
  • You may invite guests ( clients, prospects, family members, etc) to join your team.
  • You must adjust your Spam Blocker to accept e-mails from CFR
  • At Corporate FunRun, we love when team captains and/or team members refer other companies to our events. All “referees” get a $50 Visa gift card for each referred company that signs up. Just e-mail us the company & contact name and we will take it from there.
