Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet pick-up, race night registration company gathering etc) and post-race party will both take place at the public pavillion (large picnic area) at the Turtle Back Zoo. There will be plenty of picnic and banquet table seating for all teams and team members.

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk course will be two (2) loops around the reservoir which is located directly behind the Turtle Back Zoo.  The start/line will be about 300 yards up the road from the Zoo with the finish line right in front of the Zoo entrance.

Party and Catering

The post-race party will take place in the Turtle Back Zoo picnic area and will feature free beer, free wine, free pizza, free ziti and more. Our DJ will be playing music from event start to finish and our photographer will be taking team, run/walk and party photos. Awards at 8pm for largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

Plenty of parking is available at the two large Turtle Back Zoo lots which are accessible off of Northfield Avenue.

Registration Fee:

$45 per team member

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Friday September 6th at 5pm.

Team Payment Deadline:

Monday September 9th at 5pm

Race Day Registration:

Although we discourage it, (please sign up in advance) any team member who misses the on-line registration deadline can show up on race night and join his or her team as a race night registrant.

We love and greatly appreciate team referrals. Provide us with the contact name at a prospective company and get a $50 gift card if they register.
