5:00-6:30: Team packet pickup, late registration, company gathering.
6:30-7:30: 5k run/walk
7:30-9:00: Post-race party & awards

Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet and tee shirt pick-up, company gathering etc) will take place at the student center quad which is the building across the street from the physical education center and parking lot #10 The post-race party featuring free beer, free pizza and more will be staged there as well. We will have plenty of banquet tables and chairs set up for all teams and team members.

Race Course:

Starting at the student center quad, two loops around the scenic Westchester Community College campus with finish at student center quad.

Party & Catering:

We will be providing all participants with free pizza, free beer, free ziti trays and more, but companies are welcome to bring in their own food and drink and cater their own corporate picnic if they so desire. We will have plenty of table seating set up for everybody. Our D.J will be playing music from event start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which are free for all. Awards at 8 p.m for largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

The main parking lot to be used will be #8, with parking lot #11 right next door being used for overflow if needed. Tons of parking.

Registration Fee:

$48 per team member.

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Friday July 3rd at 5pm.

Team Payment Deadline:

Wednesday July 8th at 5pm

Race Day Registration:

Although discouraged (please sign up in advance), it is available.
