Event Staging:

The pre-race gathering and post-race party will take place at the main Picnic shelter and on the surrounding grass. We will have plenty of picnic & banquet table seating set up for all teams and team members.

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk is an out and back on the beautiful Saucon Rail Trail with the start/finish at the Picnic Shelter.

Party and Catering

We will be providing everybody with free pizza, free beer, free ziti and more.  However, companies are welcome to bring in their own food and drink if they so desire. Our D.J will be playing music from event start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which are free for all. Awards at 8 p.m for the largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/individuals.

Parking:

Plenty of parking at the main Upper Saucon Community Park lot.

Registration Fee:

$45 per team member

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Wednesday eve August 7th at 5pm.

Team Payment Deadline:

Friday eve August 9^th at 5pm.

Race Day Registration:

Although it’s discouraged, (please sign up in advance) any team member who misses the on-line registration deadline can show up on race night and join his or her team as a race night registrant. All others can also register on race night.

Team Referrals:

We love and greatly appreciate team referrals. Provide us with the contact name at a prospective company and get a $50 gift card if they register.
