Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc) and post-race party will take place on the western most part of Pier 84 on the section of grass closest to the Hudson River. We are going to make this event Manhattan’s premier corporate picnic. We will have picnic blankets set up on the grass for all teams and team members and there is also bench and small table seating available.

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk course will be an “out and back” heading south on the Hudson River Park walk/run path with the start/finish on the Pier at West 44^th Street.

Party and Catering

The post-race party featuring free beverages and free pizza will take place at Pier 84. For companies that want to do something a bit more elaborate on the food and beverage side, you are welcome to cater your own company picnic. Our D.J will be playing music from start to finish. Our photographer will be taking photos all night. Awards for largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/ individuals

Getting There:

Besides walking or ride share, you can take the A,C,E Subway Lines to the 42^nd Street station and walk west or you can take the M 42, M 50 or M 12 bus lines.

Registration Fee:

$47 per team member

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Friday September 12^th at 5 p.m

Team Payment Deadline:

Tuesday September 16^th at 5pm.

Race Day Registration:

Although it’s discouraged, (please sign up in advance) team members who misses the on-line registration deadline can show up on race night and join his or her team as a race night registrant
