Corporate FunRun Rules and Regulations

Every Event or Race (we use the terms interchangeably) has to have some rules. So we’ve tried our best to list the rules that you need to know as a Team Captain and a Team Member.

  1. A Team Captain must be a full-time employee of a corporation, business, and/or not for profit organization in order to create a team.
  2. All Team Captains must be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
  3. All Team Captains must register online in order to be officially entered and eligible to participate.
  4. A Team Captain must be a full-time employee of the Company Team he/she has created, working a minimum of 25 hours a week for such company and having been employed by such company for at least 90 days before the event.
  5. Any issue regarding a Team Captain’s eligibility shall be determined by Corporate FunRun and/or its authorized representative (collectively referred on the webpage as “CFR”). A Team Captain shall provide verification of eligibility to CFR upon request by CFR. Team race packets will not be released until all entry fees have been fully paid.
  6. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable even in the case of event cancellation.

Team Members

  1. A Team Member may be a full-time employee, part-time employee and/or guest of a corporation, business, and/or not for profit organization in order to join a team.
  2. All Team Members must be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
  3. All Team Members must register online in order to be officially entered and eligible to participate.
  4. A Team Member must determine at the time of his/her online registration, whether he/she is going to be timed.
  5. A Team Member is a full-time employee if he/she is working a minimum of 25 hours a week for the Company Team that he/she has registered for and has been employed by such Company for at least 90 days before the event.
  6. Only Team Members who are full-time employees who have selected to be timed can be scored for his/her Company Team and be eligible for Awards.
  7. Part-time employees and/or guests may select to be timed, but cannot be scored for his/her Company Team nor be eligible for Awards.
  8. Any issue regarding a Team Member’s eligibility shall be determined by CFR. A Team Member shall provide verification of eligibility to CFR upon request by CFR. All CFR decisions shall be final.
