Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet and tee shirt pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc) and post-race party will take place inside of Bluemont Park at the picnic pavilion across from the footbridge and next to the volleyball courts.

Race Course:

The 5k run/walk will be an “out and back” on the paved W+OD trail with the start finish near 329 North Manchester street.

Party and Catering

We will provide everybody with free pizza and free beer, however, companies are welcome to bring in their own food and drink and cater their own corporate picnic if they so desire. We will have plenty of banquet and picnic table seating available for all. Our D.J will be playing music from event start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which are free for all.  Awards at 8 p.m for the Largest team, team with best tee shirt and fastest teams/ individuals.

Parking:

There are three parking options at Bluemont Park:
Lot #1: At 329 N. Manchester Street by the playground/baseball field
Lot #2: At 601 N. Manchester Street by the tennis courts/ranger office
Lot #3: Across Wilson Boulelvard at Bon Aire Park
Also, there is a lot of street parking on N. Manchester Street next to tennis courts.

Registration Fee:

$45 per team member

On-Line Registration Deadline:

Friday June 14^th at 5pm

Team Payment Deadline:

Wednesday June 19^th at 5pm.

Race Day Registration:

Although it’s discouraged, (please sign up in advance) any team member who misses the on-line registration deadline can show up on race night and join his or her team as a race night registrant.

We love and greatly appreciate team referrals. Provide us with the contact name at a prospective company and get a $50 gift card if they register.
