Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet and t-shirt pick-up, company gathering etc) will take place on the large grass field right in front of the Performing Arts Center. The post-race party featuring food, beer and music will be staged on the grass field as well. We will have large hospitality tents set up for sheltered seating as well as plenty of banquet tables and chairs.

Race Course:

Starting at the Performing Arts Center, one loop around scenic SUNY Purchase campus with a finish at the Performing Arts Center.

Party & Catering:

The post-race party, catered by NY Hospitality Group, will take place on the grassy field in front of the Performing Arts Center. Corporate Catering packages and/or food vouchers can be pre-bought by calling NY Hospitality Group at 914-949-3543. For all participants, a variety of great food, beer and other beverages will be available for sale throughout the night. For all those companies that purchase food vouchers or catering packages, you will have the opportunity to have reserved seating (60” round banquet tables that seat 8-10) free for your entire team. We will have unreserved seating (60” round banquet tables) and large picnic blankets available for everybody else. Our DJ will be playing music from event start to finish. Our photographer will be taking team and individual photos which are free for all. Awards at 8-8:15 for fastest teams and individuals.

Parking:

Parking will be available in both lots next to the Performing Arts Center.

Friday July 6th at 5pm

Team Payment Deadline:

Tuesday July 10th at 5pm

Race Day Registration:

Any team member who misses the on-line registration deadline can show up on race night and join his or her team as a race night registrant. All others can also register on race night. All race night entrants unaffiliated with a team can sign up as a guest of the Corporate FunRun team, thus, all runners are welcome. T-shirts are not guaranteed to race night registrants.

Team Referrals:

We love and greatly appreciate team referrals. Provide us with the contact name at a prospective company and get a $50 gift card if they register.
